1. Who we are
EBITDA Multiple is an early-stage finance education and recruiting platform operated in the United Kingdom by Riccardo Pierre. Privacy enquiries and requests can be made through the contact channel used for your early-access invitation.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect your name, email address, university or college, course, graduation year, study or work status, career interests, signup source or campaign, waitlist and access status, employment information, experience, opportunity preferences, optional CV files, lesson results, XP, streaks and learning activity.
Authentication is handled through your ChatGPT account. We don’t ask you to create or provide a separate EBITDA Multiple password.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist and controlled early-access cohorts, provide and secure your account experience, save learning progress, personalise the platform, measure which acquisition channels generate signups, respond to support requests and improve future courses and services.
Where you separately opt in, we may also use your details to send product updates or consider you for future opportunities. Marketing and employer visibility are optional and can be withdrawn.
4. Our lawful bases
We rely on performance of our agreement with you where processing is necessary to provide the platform; legitimate interests where we securely operate, support and improve the beta; consent for optional marketing or future employer visibility; and legal obligations where applicable.
5. How information is stored and shared
Profile and learning data are stored using infrastructure that supports this website. CVs are stored separately from the public website. We don’t sell personal information, and CVs aren’t visible to mentors, employers or recruiters unless a future sharing feature is introduced and you take a separate action or provide consent.
Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, authentication, file storage and site operation, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. It may also be disclosed where required by law.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. You can delete individual CV versions and your career profile from the student area. To request deletion of remaining learning or account-linked records, use the beta invitation contact channel.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable UK data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to certain processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
8. Cookies and similar technology
The platform may use strictly necessary technology for secure sign-in, session continuity and core operation. If non-essential analytics or advertising technology is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before use.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the beta develops. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
